Summer Festival PTA Update

UPDATE FOR THE SUMMER FESTIVAL

Due to the weather, we now have a revised schedule for the Summer Festival.

Entry

Please enter via hall entrance near the swimming pool, the Ticket Table is set up here. We accept cash and Eftpos, the tickets can be used for the various stalls. Tickets are $3 each or get four for $10.

Performances

Make sure you get to the hall by 3:15pm for the Kapa Haka performance. This will be the only performance on the day.

Stalls still operating

 

–          Face Painting in Room 14 (one ticket)

 

–          Balloonist in Room 15 (one ticket)

 

–          Lolly Lei’s in the hall (one ticket)

 

–          Lucky Dip in the hall (one ticket)

 

–          Raffle ticket sales in the hall ($3 each or four for $10)

 

–          Photo Booth in the hall (two tickets)

Food available

 

–          Sausage sizzle (including gluten-free) inside the hall ($3 cash)

 

–          An Asian dumpling food truck in the driveway by the hall (cash or Eftpos)

 

–          Coffee truck in the driveway by the hall (cash or Eftpos)

 

–          Cold drinks in the hall ($3 cash only)

 

–          An amazing array of baking available in the hall (cash and tickets)

As it’s not picnic weather, but you are planning to bring your own food, please find a covered area elsewhere on the school grounds, as it will be busy inside the hall.

Raffle

The raffles will be drawn today, and the winners announced on Monday via email and Facebook.

Pre-Loved Uniforms

Please bring along your Pre-Loved Uniforms to donate, these will be collected in a box in the hall.

We are really excited to be able to have a celebration at the end of the year, even if the weather is not on our side, so we know it will still be a lot of fun for the kids!
